Condo at Ocean Club on Beach Blvd in Biloxi, MS. This was our first time ever staying at a condo, and believe
me when I tell you it will definitely not be the last time. The staff was very friendly. The condo was not what
I expected....it was more than what I expected. It was VERY clean, the rooms were large the bathroom in the
master bedroom was just beautiful. We enjoyed the view of the beach from our balcony. We are planning a
trip back to Biloxi, MS in the near future and your condo will be the ONLY one that we will choose. Thank you

comfortable, clean and convenient. The "skimmers" arrived in Biloxi the same day that we did to begin clean-
up on the beach from the oil spill. We watched their progress from the balcony while enjoying the view of the
beach and the city. It rained most of the time we were in Biloxi, but we had a great time anyway. We hope
that we have an opportunity to visit Biloxi again and will definitely consider your Condo first when making our
travel plans

amazing condo. The views were breathtaking!!! The condo was immaculate!!!! Everything was decorated very
tasteful and also extremely clean. It was so convenient to have a stove, refrigerator, dish washer, and washer
+ dryer. The master bath is amazing. I wish I could’ve brought the bath tub home with me. I felt comfortable
in a homey environment but all of the luxuries of a very, very upscale hotel. I didn’t plan my trip for the
srappin the coast event but I’m glad I did. I had so much fun watching all of the colorful cars and trucks drive
by. Our view was perfect. We watched everything from our private balcony. I fell head over heels in love with
the gulf coast and your condo #602. I’m currently planning my next trip for the same time next year

clean and had everything that we wanted. If anyone is not sure about making the reservations on the
computer just call Jim and he will do it over the phone and answer any questions that you have, and I had
plenty. I do think it needs a bigger table on the patio to eat a meal on, just a suggestion. The master bed was
soooo comfortable, that we slept more than we planned on, and the bathroom was huge. We already plan on

modern design and decor. Your website does not do enough justice for the cleanliness, decor, comfort,
awesome view, and pricing of your twelfth floor condo. The King size bed in the master bedroom was
unbelievable comfortable. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen. Our family of (6) really enjoyed lodging in the
spacious condo. Great location and view from the twelfth floor! The only negative thought would be the
humidifier was very loud. We could have lodged for the whole month of April. Last but least, Jim you were
true to your words, describing the condo and saying, "you will not go wrong with this condo for your choice of

We wanted to let you know we are leaving, tomorrow, the 7th so we can get home and babysit one of our
grandchildren while his parents are away. Thought you'd like to know so you can have your cleaners in
whenever it works best for them and you.
We didn't use the air in the guest bedroom because it was never warm enough until this week. But, the fan
doesn't come on and nor does the air. We went to use the iron and it had been dropped at some time before
we arrived and the nose was broken off it. So, we replaced it for you...we found a deal! We dropped one
mug and replaced it also. Everything else is in great working order. Thanks for everything,
Marlon M., Pearl, MS - 11/09 - I don’t know who enjoyed the condo more, my kids or my wife and I. I really
enjoyed the view from the patio both day and night. The beds were too comfortable. I was supposed to go
to the casino Saturday night. I laid down around 8:00 pm with the intent to get up around 11:00 and go
gamble.
Needless to say, I couldn’t let go of the pillow. My son is a video game and
cartoon fanatic, so he locked himself in the second bedroom for the weekend with the flat screen and only
came out for snacks. We will definitely be back soon. Probably with close friends this time. We have to do a
trip for the grownups only. I have been telling people about the place already so you can probably look for us
again in December or January.
My only complaint about the site is that I wish it had a gym on site. I am a gym freak especially when I’m on
vacation. But other than that you have a top of the line place especially for the price. Décor is very tasteful.

Judy B., Texas - 11/09 - Jim, we had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, very comfortable, we hated to
leave. If we had a complaint, which we don't, but we could think of 2 things. The showers are small,
especially in regards to the huge master bath. The other would be, that the twins beds are narrow. With that
said, we will definitely be back. I have made all my friends jealous when I told them about our trip. Everyone
we encountered from my dealing with you, to the business office, to the janitors, were extremely helpful. It
was great. Can't wait to go back.

The condo is beautiful and the location is great too. There was just my daughter and myself and we got
spoiled with each of us having our own bed and bath! Everything was in great shape when we arrived and
we tried to leave it in as good shape, even though I forgot to empty the milk from the refrigerator -
sorry!
Both the coffee pot and the sliding door in the living room were tricky, but we figured them out. We did
make you aware of the handle on the door. Thanks for your personal touch in our dealings. We will

Karen C., Lake Tapps, WA, 10/09 - Hi, Jim, Your property was lovely. Though I had no children with me, all the
children's games, books and DVDs get big points from me. Ditto the books and DVDs for grownups.
Thought the kitchen was a bit limited, I could have used a whisk, a set of measuring cups, and a rubber
spatula. The can opener is ready for the "round file" -- it really did not work, without my Swiss army knife I
would have been toast. You had everything else I needed for several days of meals. The stainless steel walls
in the kitchen are lovely, I wouldn't mind having those at home. [Items purchased within 12 hours of
notice from guest].
You need some kind of door stop on the slider door between the family room and the master suite -- evidently
someone let it fly and popped the end cap of the wooden cornice askew on the right side going into the
master suite. My husband tapped it back into place and we didn't use the door, but the next time someone
closes the door hard, the end piece could come completely off, just an FYI to save someone some grief.
Thought all the labels on everything were great, but could have used one more -- the a/c quit working, I was
kind of freaking out, the front desk said we must have a patio door not completely closed, which we did. The
doors are heavy and it wasn't obviously open, so a label to let guests know to keep them tightly closed would
be nice.
The furniture and upholstery were tasteful and lovely. We loved the TV in the bathroom!
I visit my family in Biloxi about every 3 months, but always like a few days with a real vacation feel to it. Our
next visit is in mid-January, hope you have availability for us. We rarely stay in a condo on weekends, we are
usually Sunday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday. I will be checking back with you when I have firm
dates, I know I am flying in the 16th and leaving the 23rd, but won't know the dates for my husband and a
condo booking until it gets closer.
Beth C & Russell B, Louisiana, 10/09 - Dear Jim, Our recent stay at the Ocean Club in your condo was a
particularly wonderful experience. The accommodations were clean and provided an elegant and gracious
atmosphere. The security measures are great and the obviously sound construction of the building gave new
meaning to the word peaceful. The views from the balcony are spectacular, and a bit unexpected from
accommodations not directly facing the Gulf. We left the sugar, creamer, tissue, paper towels, and cups,
since we had used those items so thoughtfully provided by you, as replacements for your next guests. I would
appreciate it if you would return the car cover I left in the closet to the address below: [Address Removed].
We sincerely hope that we fulfilled all of the requirements which will make us desirable as guests again.

Rich H., Illinois - 9/09 - Jim, we just returned from your condo in Biloxi. The Ocean Club is a great building,
situated right in the middle of Biloxi Beach. The views out the 12th floor windows were spectacular - splendid
view of the beach and gulf from every window. As an old Biloxi Officer from the late 80's, the security at the
building appeared to be very good.
The unit was clean and well decorated. What stood out for us was the small things - salt/pepper, garbage
bags, dishwasher detergent, well stocked pots/pans, the beds were VERY comfortable. We liked how all the
switches were labeled so we knew what turned on what. The curtains were great at keeping the light out.
The games, books and movies were great too!
The only negatives were that the air conditioner and dehumidifier were very loud, to the point of wanting to
turn it off. The dehumidifier is the loudest and could probably be mounted in the laundry room away from the
main living area. The dining table was unbalanced and would tip over easily. We will definitely consider your
unit in the future!
Sandy M., Kentucky - 9/09 - Jim, We certainly enjoyed our visit at the condo. We were so impressed and
pleased with the luxurious accommodations. The master suite and comfortable bed were tough to leave! The
view of the gulf and three points of entry balcony were great. The beach was virtually UNOCCUPIED except
for us. We visited the Treasure Bay Casino and went away a winner, Fudge at Souvenir City, great and way
TOO CLOSE!!! We loved the condo and have already recommended it to friends and family Thanks again,

spectacular and the people were wonderful! A special thanks to Jennifer, the nighttime security guard, who

Even though the devastation is still very obvious, we were very impressed with the positive attitude from the
people of Biloxi. Carla (Biloxi Tour Train) gave us a very emotional but upbeat tour of the city and focused
mainly on all the rebuilding that is occurring around town . She also made a special effort to thank any
construction crews we passed for helping with the rebuilding process.
We'd love to visit again and will definitely be recommending your condo to any of our friends who may visit
Biloxi! Just as a side note - since the bed was SO comfortable - looks like we'll be shopping for a new mattress
in the very near future! Thanks again!
Benita H., Arkansas, 8/09 - We were very comfortable in your condo! Just enough cooking utensils, furnished
nicely, lots of TV channels, very nice to provide pool towels, master bathroom was outstanding!! HUGE tub &
TV! , LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the King bed - one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! The condo was
very clean and we enjoyed the games, movies, and I even read one of the books. We have stayed in a lot of
places and yours ranks as one the most comfortable overall that we have stayed in.
The only 2 negatives was we were not able to really enjoy the balcony due to neighbors who smoked
constantly (which is not something you can control) and they were somewhat loud at times and the bath/
wash cloth supply was scarce. I brought my own supply so it wasn't an issue, but if I had not it would have
been a small problem. ( 3 girls who think they need 2 towels per bath!) I also liked the lists you left and the
book for the local area. We used it and I updated your brochure for a fish market with a current one. Thanks

Julie R., Louisiana, 7/09 - Hey Jim, We had a great time at the condo, all in all it was a good visit. The place
was a little like Fort Knox though, which I can understand, but you couldn't get out of the pool area and go
back to your room without someone buzzing you out.
Could have used a few more washcloths, kitchen towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen was not as equipped
as I am used to. I always bring the essentials that I know I will need but was surprised at the lack of supplies.
i.e.. vegetable peeler, too small chopping board, large serving bowls. kitchen garbage can and bags way too
small. And no pantry to speak of.
Check in time is too small of a window.
Other than that, the positives..... GREAT VIIIIEEEEEW. Really enjoyed the fireworks. We were used to seeing
them up close and personal, walking from Grandma's house (ain't there no more....Katrina), but the different

were with our accommodations. The condo was great. It has been well maintained and the beds were very
comfortable. I also cannot brag enough about the master bathroom. It is huge and I loved the shower and

bedroom weren't separated [into twin beds]. The kitchen was well equipped, much better than other condos
we've rented. The furniture was functional, and comfortable, perfect for a beach condo. The only feedback
would be to add some artwork to the walls. It is a little barren. Overall, it was a great weekend, and we'll be
returning in either August or September, and hope we can stay in your place again. Regards,

off the Internet, but for us, everything was great. We were looking for a place to relax and catch up and your
condo was perfect. The office people were very nice and made us feel welcome and it was very quiet as
there's wasn't a lot of people there. We hadn't been to Biloxi in several years and it was sad to see all the big
old homes gone.
Your condo is great. I had to laugh as we just redid our kitchen and my cabinets and granite were very similar
to yours. We made use of one of the places you had [recommended] to buy fresh shrimp. We made it to
Ocean Springs and ate lunch at a great little place called Mr BB's Po-Boy or something like that, so that's
definitely a recommendation. We also made it to the Fillin' Station near downtown Biloxi...my husband liked
his bologna sandwich but I wasn't impressed with the oysters. Thanks again. Ellie
Debe H., Tennessee 4/09 - Jim, We got home about a little over an hour ago and it was so hard to leave there
this morning. It was everything we hoped it would be and more! The condo is absolutely beautiful and perfect
in every way. We found nothing to complain about in the condo. Our complaints could only be blamed on
nature....it was chilly and cloudy all weekend!!! The sun came out this morning and that made it even harder
to leave our wonderland!!! Even with lousy weather, we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and looking at
the beach and water. My hubby loves to sit outside when he can't sleep and watch traffic go by and who is on
the beach and doing what. He was not disappointed!!!
We are still thinking seriously about renting it for the month from mid August as I had mentioned prior.... We
can't find any reason not to do it [reserve] now that we know how wonderful the condo is. We also found we
really enjoyed the town of Biloxi also. Is the rental process any different to rent the condo for a month?
Please let me know so we can make the final decision on it. We will decide this week on it for sure. Thanks!

Dave R. , Florida, 4/09 - First of all- This place is as nice as the Ginn Hammock in Saint Augustine. We stay
there a couple of times each year. This place was, or should I say, exceeded our expectaions. Could use a spa
though! The condo is A Plus and thanks for sharing it with us. We had a a good visit with our son who is at
Keesler in training. We also filled out the shell and placed it in the jar. Other than that ------ Great Condo!

"Jim, we just got back from Biloxi this afternoon. We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo at Ocean
Club. It was a great place to stay. The weather was pretty nasty until yesterday and today but we spent time
in the casinos instead of in the rain. Didn't leave too much down there but had a great time. We are already

We didn't use the air in the guest bedroom because it was never warm enough until this week. But, the fan
doesn't come on and nor does the air. We went to use the iron and it had been dropped at some time before
we arrived and the nose was broken off it. So, we replaced it for you...we found a deal! We dropped one
mug and replaced it also. Everything else is in great working order. Thanks for everything,
Marlon M., Pearl, MS - 11/09 - I don’t know who enjoyed the condo more, my kids or my wife and I. I really
enjoyed the view from the patio both day and night. The beds were too comfortable. I was supposed to go
to the casino Saturday night. I laid down around 8:00 pm with the intent to get up around 11:00 and go
gamble.
Needless to say, I couldn’t let go of the pillow. My son is a video game and
cartoon fanatic, so he locked himself in the second bedroom for the weekend with the flat screen and only
came out for snacks. We will definitely be back soon. Probably with close friends this time. We have to do a
trip for the grownups only. I have been telling people about the place already so you can probably look for us
again in December or January.
My only complaint about the site is that I wish it had a gym on site. I am a gym freak especially when I’m on
vacation. But other than that you have a top of the line place especially for the price. Décor is very tasteful.

Both the coffee pot and the sliding door in the living room were tricky, but we figured them out. We did

Karen C., Lake Tapps, WA, 10/09 - Hi, Jim, Your property was lovely. Though I had no children with me, all the
children's games, books and DVDs get big points from me. Ditto the books and DVDs for grownups.
Thought the kitchen was a bit limited, I could have used a whisk, a set of measuring cups, and a rubber
spatula. The can opener is ready for the "round file" -- it really did not work, without my Swiss army knife I
would have been toast. You had everything else I needed for several days of meals. The stainless steel walls
in the kitchen are lovely, I wouldn't mind having those at home. [Items purchased within 12 hours of
notice from guest].
You need some kind of door stop on the slider door between the family room and the master suite -- evidently
someone let it fly and popped the end cap of the wooden cornice askew on the right side going into the
master suite. My husband tapped it back into place and we didn't use the door, but the next time someone
closes the door hard, the end piece could come completely off, just an FYI to save someone some grief.
Thought all the labels on everything were great, but could have used one more -- the a/c quit working, I was
kind of freaking out, the front desk said we must have a patio door not completely closed, which we did. The
doors are heavy and it wasn't obviously open, so a label to let guests know to keep them tightly closed would
be nice.
The furniture and upholstery were tasteful and lovely. We loved the TV in the bathroom!
I visit my family in Biloxi about every 3 months, but always like a few days with a real vacation feel to it. Our
next visit is in mid-January, hope you have availability for us. We rarely stay in a condo on weekends, we are
usually Sunday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday. I will be checking back with you when I have firm
dates, I know I am flying in the 16th and leaving the 23rd, but won't know the dates for my husband and a
condo booking until it gets closer.

Rich H., Illinois - 9/09 - Jim, we just returned from your condo in Biloxi. The Ocean Club is a great building,
situated right in the middle of Biloxi Beach. The views out the 12th floor windows were spectacular - splendid
view of the beach and gulf from every window. As an old Biloxi Officer from the late 80's, the security at the
building appeared to be very good.
The unit was clean and well decorated. What stood out for us was the small things - salt/pepper, garbage
bags, dishwasher detergent, well stocked pots/pans, the beds were VERY comfortable. We liked how all the
switches were labeled so we knew what turned on what. The curtains were great at keeping the light out.
The games, books and movies were great too!
The only negatives were that the air conditioner and dehumidifier were very loud, to the point of wanting to
turn it off. The dehumidifier is the loudest and could probably be mounted in the laundry room away from the
main living area. The dining table was unbalanced and would tip over easily. We will definitely consider your
unit in the future!

Even though the devastation is still very obvious, we were very impressed with the positive attitude from the
people of Biloxi. Carla (Biloxi Tour Train) gave us a very emotional but upbeat tour of the city and focused
mainly on all the rebuilding that is occurring around town . She also made a special effort to thank any
construction crews we passed for helping with the rebuilding process.
We'd love to visit again and will definitely be recommending your condo to any of our friends who may visit
Biloxi! Just as a side note - since the bed was SO comfortable - looks like we'll be shopping for a new mattress

nicely, lots of TV channels, very nice to provide pool towels, master bathroom was outstanding!! HUGE tub &

very clean and we enjoyed the games, movies, and I even read one of the books. We have stayed in a lot of

The only 2 negatives was we were not able to really enjoy the balcony due to neighbors who smoked
constantly (which is not something you can control) and they were somewhat loud at times and the bath/
wash cloth supply was scarce. I brought my own supply so it wasn't an issue, but if I had not it would have
been a small problem. ( 3 girls who think they need 2 towels per bath!) I also liked the lists you left and the
book for the local area. We used it and I updated your brochure for a fish market with a current one. Thanks

was a little like Fort Knox though, which I can understand, but you couldn't get out of the pool area and go
back to your room without someone buzzing you out.
Could have used a few more washcloths, kitchen towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen was not as equipped
as I am used to. I always bring the essentials that I know I will need but was surprised at the lack of supplies.
i.e.. vegetable peeler, too small chopping board, large serving bowls. kitchen garbage can and bags way too
small. And no pantry to speak of.
Check in time is too small of a window.
Other than that, the positives..... GREAT VIIIIEEEEEW. Really enjoyed the fireworks. We were used to seeing
them up close and personal, walking from Grandma's house (ain't there no more....Katrina), but the different

Your condo is great. I had to laugh as we just redid our kitchen and my cabinets and granite were very similar
to yours. We made use of one of the places you had [recommended] to buy fresh shrimp. We made it to
Ocean Springs and ate lunch at a great little place called Mr BB's Po-Boy or something like that, so that's
definitely a recommendation. We also made it to the Fillin' Station near downtown Biloxi...my husband liked

Debe H., Tennessee 4/09 - Jim, We got home about a little over an hour ago and it was so hard to leave there
this morning. It was everything we hoped it would be and more! The condo is absolutely beautiful and perfect
in every way. We found nothing to complain about in the condo. Our complaints could only be blamed on
nature....it was chilly and cloudy all weekend!!! The sun came out this morning and that made it even harder
to leave our wonderland!!! Even with lousy weather, we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and looking at
the beach and water. My hubby loves to sit outside when he can't sleep and watch traffic go by and who is on
the beach and doing what. He was not disappointed!!!
We are still thinking seriously about renting it for the month from mid August as I had mentioned prior.... We
can't find any reason not to do it [reserve] now that we know how wonderful the condo is. We also found we
really enjoyed the town of Biloxi also. Is the rental process any different to rent the condo for a month?

"Hi Jim, We really had a nice time. One week just went by way too fast. We love everything about the
condo. We actually opened the games and played Candyland, Chutes and Ladders and Uno. My girls did not
want to quit playing Uno. They cried when they had to draw 4 and were also just as happy to play a draw 4 on
us. I told them we would go to ToysRUs and buy Uno cards soon. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We

"Jim, we just got back from Biloxi this afternoon. We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo at Ocean
Club. It was a great place to stay. The weather was pretty nasty until yesterday and today but we spent time
in the casinos instead of in the rain. Didn't leave too much down there but had a great time. We are already
looking forward to going back next year about two weeks later and hopefully catching better weather. We
found a menu in the kitchen for Shady's and went there and found fresh shrimp and cooked at the condo. We
ate at the Grand Biloxi one night and Beau Rivage one morning. Thanks for working with us on this."

Gulfport. We drove from North Carolina to Gulfport and things went great. Our condo was beautiful and we

so much so that Bart wants to buy a condo! told him to win the lottery first!!! :) We've never been to Biloxi,
but man, is that place gonna be busting at the seams in about 2 years!! I'm excited to see the city get back on
it's feet! just an fyi ....we only used 4 glasses while we were there and was going to run the dishwasher, but
